  • Hosting Downtime: While we provide reliable hosting, occasional downtime due to server maintenance or third-party disruptions may occur. We are not liable for such outages.
  • Scope of Work: Retainer hours include only agreed-upon tasks. Requests beyond allocated hours will incur additional fees.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, One Stop Web Solutions shall not be held liable for:

  • Loss of data, revenue, or business resulting from service interruptions, plugin failures, or client actions.
  • Any direct or indirect damages exceeding the fees paid in the previous 3 months.

  • Any disputes will be resolved through mediation. If mediation fails, disputes shall be settled through binding arbitration under local laws.
